மந்திர வார்த்தை..! (The magic word..!)

ஒரு ஊரில் நண்பர்களான இரண்டு இளைஞர்கள் ஒருநாள் வெளியூர் ருக்குச் சென்றார்கள். போகும் வழியில் இரவு நேரம் நெருங்கிவிட்டதால் குளிரவும் தொடங்கி விட்டது. இருந்தாலும் இருவரும் பல விஷயங்களைப் பற்றி பேசியபடியே பயம் தெரியாமல் நடந்தார்கள்.

நேரம் நகர்ந்துகொண்டே போனதில், இரவும் வளர்ந்து நல்ல இருட்டியது. சரி, ஏதாவது ஒரு மரத்தில் ஏறி இரவைக் கழித்துவிடலாம் என்று அவர்கள் நினைத்தபோதுதான் அந்த பயங்கரம் நிகழ்ந்தது.  எதன்மீதோ தடுக்கி எப்படியோ உருண்டு அழமான கிணறு ஒன்றில் விழுந்துவிட்டார்கள் அவர்கள்.

இருவருக்கும் நீச்சல் தெரியும் என்பதாலும் நீரில் முழ்கவில்லை என்றாலும் மிக ஆழமான பாசிபடர்ந்த கிணறு என்பதாலும். இருட்டு என்பதாலும் அவர்களால் வெளியே வரமுடியவில்லை. கிணற்றில் விழுந்த நிலவின் பிம்பம் மட்டுமே துணையாக இருக்க இருவரும் விடியும்வரை கிணற்றுக்குள்ளேயே இருந்தார்கள்.

விடிந்ததும் வெளிச்சம் பரவ ஆரம்பித்ததும் அவர்களுக்கு இருந்த கொஞ்சம் நம்பிக்கையும் இருண்டுபோனது. காரணம், கிணறு அவர்கள் நினைத்ததைவிட மிக மிக ஆழமாக இருந்தது. அதை விட மோசமாக, அதில் இருந்து ஏறி வர எந்தப்பிடியோ படிகளோ எதுவும் இல்லை. சுருக்கமாகச் சொன்னால், எப்போதோ இறக்கைச் சீற்றத்தின்போது ஏற்ப்பட்ட வெகு ஆழமான பள்ளம்போல் இருந்தது.

மேலும் சகதியும் நிறைந்திருந்த அதில் இருந்து வெளியேறுவது எதாவது அதிசயம் நிகழ்ந்தால்தான் முடியும். நிலவரம் என்ன என்பது தெரிந்ததுமே இளைஞர்களில் ஒருவன் கலவரம் அடைந்து சேர்ந்து போனான் மற்றவனோ சற்று நேரம் அமைதியாக தியானத்தில்  அமர்ந்தான். பிறகு யோசிக்க ஆரம்பித்தான்.

அப்போது, கிணற்றில் ஒரு மூலையில் காட்டு மரம் ஒன்றின் கனமான வேர் பரவி இருப்பது அவன் கண்ணில் பட்டது. அதைப் பார்த்ததும் அவனுக்கு ஒரு யோசனை தோன்றியது. சட்டென்று கிணற்றுக்குள் மூழ்கியவன் அதன் அடியில் இருந்து ஒரு கல்லை  எடுத்து வந்தான். அந்தக் கல்லால் உரைத் தட்டித்தட்டி சிறு கழி போல் இரு துண்டுகளை வெட்டி எடுத்தான்.  இந்த வேர்க்குச்சிகளை பிடிமானமாகப் பயன்படுத்தி மேலே ஏறுவோம்... வா! என்று மற்றவனை அழைத்தான். ஆனால் அவன் பயந்து நடுங்கி வர மறுத்தான்.

அவனைச் சமந்து கொண்டு வெளியேறுவது முடியாத விஷயம். அதே சமயம் நண்பன நண்பனை கிணற்றுக்குள்ளேயே விட்டுவிட்டுப் போகவும் முடியாது. என்ன செய்வது? மறுபடியும் யோசித்தான் இளைஞன்.

ஒரு சில நிமிடங்களுக்குப் பின் தன் நண்பனிடம் நண்பா எனக்கு ஒரு மந்திர வார்த்தை தெரியும். அதைச்சொன்னால் எந்த வித பயமும் நமக்கு வராது. அதைத்தான் நான் இவ்வளவு நேரம் சொல்லி தியானம் செய்தேன். நீயும் சொல், உனக்கும் பயம் இருக்காது. சுலபமாக நாம் வெளியேறிவிடலாம் என்றான். அதைக் கேட்டதுமே  இரண்டாவது இளைஞன் முகத்தில் ஒரு மலர்ச்சி வந்தது.

அவசர அவசரமாக கேட்டான், என்ன மந்திரம் அது, சொல்...!  இளைஞன் சொன்னான்: "நமஇவெயா". நமசிவயா தெரியும்... இது என்ன நமஇவெயா? உனக்கு கிணற்றில் விட்டு வெளியேற ஆசை இருக்கிறதா இல்லையா? இருக்கிறது..!  அப்படியானால் கேள்வி எதுவும் கேட்காமல் மந்திரத்தைச் சொல்..! இரண்டாவது இளைஞன் மந்திரத்தைச் சொன்னான்.

அவன் மனதிலும் நம்பிக்கை எட்டிப் பார்த்தது. அப்புறம் என்ன, இருவரும் சிரமப்பட்டு வெளியில் வந்தார்கள். கொஞ்ச நேர ஒய்வுக்குப் பின் அவர்கள் பயணம் தொடர்ந்தது.

வழியில் இரண்டாவது இளைஞன். நண்பனிடம் கேட்டான். எனக்குத் தெரியாமல் நீ எப்போது மந்திர தந்திரங்களை கற்றாய்? நீ சொன்ன மந்திரவார்த்தையைச் சொன்னபோது எனக்குள் ஒருவித ஆற்றல் பொங்கி எழுந்தது.

அபூர்வமான இந்த மந்திரத்தைப்போல் இன்னும் ஏதாவது தெரியுமா உனக்கு? அவற்றையும் சொல்லித்தருகிறாயா? முதல் இளைஞன் சிரித்தான்.. நண்பா என்னை மன்னித்துவிடு.

எனக்கு மந்திரம் எதுவும் தெரியாது. நான் உனக்கு சொல்லித் தந்தது. மந்திர வார்த்தையும் அல்ல..! அப்படியானல் என்னை ஏன் ஏமாற்றினாய்? நான் ஏமாற்றவில்லை. உன் மனதில் இருந்த எதிர்மறை எண்ணத்தை வெளியே தள்ளி. நீ நம்பிக்கையுடன் செயல்பட  உதவினேன், அவ்வளவுதான்.

நீ சொன்ன மந்திர வார்த்தை..! அது, நம்பிக்கை மனதில் இருந்தால் வெல்லலாம் யாவரும் என்ற வார்த்தையின் முதல் எழுத்துக்கள் தான், புரிந்ததா?

Two young men who were friends in a town went to a foreign place one day. On the way, it was getting cold as the night was approaching. However, both talked about many things and walked without fear.

 As time went on, the night grew dark. Well, when they thought they could climb some tree and spend the night, the horror happened. They hit something and somehow rolled and fell into a beautiful well.

 Because both of them know how to swim and although they don't drown in water, it is a very deep mossy well. They could not come out because it was dark. The two remained inside the well until dawn, with only the image of the moon falling in the well as a companion.

 As the light dawned, the little hope they had was dashed. Because the well was much, much deeper than they thought. Worse, there are no steps to climb up from it. In short, it looked like a very deep crater that had once been climbed during a wing storm.

 And the only way out of this mess is a miracle. On realizing the situation, one of the youths got agitated and went along, while the other sat quietly in meditation for a while. Then he started thinking.

Then, in a corner of the well, he saw a heavy root of a wild tree spreading. Seeing that, he got an idea. Suddenly he plunged into the well and brought out a stone from under it. He knocked the text with that stone and cut two pieces like a small trench. Let's use these roots as a grip and climb up... C'mon! called the other. But he trembled and refused to come.

 It is impossible to get away with him. At the same time, you cannot leave a friend in the well. what to do? The young man thought again.

 After a few minutes, the friend said to his friend, "I know a magic word." If we say that, we will not have any fear. That is what I meditated on for so long. You too say, you too will have no fear. He said we can leave easily. Hearing that, the second youth's face lit up.

 He hurriedly asked, what mantra is that, tell me...! The young man said: "Namaiveya". Namasivaya know... what is this namaivaya? Do you want to leave the well or not? There is..! Then recite the mantra without asking any question..! The second youth recited the mantra.

 Hope was also seen in his heart. Then what happened, both of them came out with difficulty. After a short rest they continued their journey.

A second young man on the way. He asked his friend. When did you learn magic tricks without my knowledge? When I said the mantra you said, a kind of energy surged inside me.
